Changing the shipping 4x is beyond unprofessional. If you need to make an alteration to your order please contact our customer support team. We understand the delay may not be conducive to your desired delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite your shipment at this time. As for orders placed on or after these dates, they are not guaranteed to be delivered by December 25th. We are trying our best to work with our carriers and minimize the delay as much as possible during the excess volume of the holiday season. I received the following response: We want to thank you for your patience in the delivery of your Jeffree Star Cosmetics purchase! All orders placed during our Black Friday sale on November 28th & 29th will leave our facility no later than Monday, December 23rd. I contacted JSC to inquire if both were shipping together, as they had previously said. The other has been marked as shipped, however, it has not arrived at USPS to send.

We contact brands directly with our questions in order to get their full animal testing policy. As of 12/19/19 one of my orders are still processing. Jeffree Star has confirmed that it is truly cruelty-free. The items were meant to be birthday gifts, then Christmas, but now I hate to even give this company any afterthought with their practices being in such poor taste. Well, I highly doubt by the 19th would either, so why the false distinction. It also added that orders 12/1 and later would not arrive by Christmas. Later that same day, I get an email by the 19th. After that I contacted customer service on 12/13, which said by the 13th. Like many of the reviews I read, I ordered on 11/28, with the disclaimer of up to 10 days shipping. Honestly I hope this puts a huge dent in this multi millionaires wallet, he doesn’t care about you, or you, so would should I? Disgusting. How is it that a company as large as this takes a whole MONTH to do anything what so ever? Also thanks for the heads up, cause now if I want a refund that won’t even be to me by Christmas to replace the items you failed to deliver. They tell me it will be sent out NO LATER then Thursday the 19th, guess what? Wrong!!! Now in the generic, I don’t care replies they have sent me, all orders placed during that sale will ship the 23rd! 2 days before Christmas, fantastic. Sent countless emails, get back generic/computerized responses. Ordered my stuff during the Black Friday sale, was told it would be 10 days, okay sounds good still plenty of time. First time buying from them and it will be my last time.
